In 1966, the famous author Truman Capote invited all his high society friends to his lavish party in honor of publisher Katharine Graham of The Washington Post.The "Black and White Ball" was held at the Plaza in New York City.His guests had to disguise themselves but they did it in their own stylish way: wearing the most luxurious clothes.
